Never has a construction company taken such good care of my home in this capacity. We've had a lot of work done in the past 6yrs, and by far hiring CQC was an eye-opening experience. First, the prep work was crazy, they wrapped the floors and surrounding areas to ensure minimal dust would penetrate the house during the progress of construction...! The installers were super polite, and attentive. They went over every aspect of the project and answered all my concerns. We had doors, windows and custom trim installed, we also had their design team layout and design for a custom staircase. My staircase is beautiful and now a focal point in my home. Awesome job Gentlemen! Thank you, it was a great experience.

We also had a 14' header installed, and it completely changed the look of my home. The spackle and paint work make it look like the change in design of our home always looked this way. Construction maintenance: I live in Florida and hired Crisp Quality Construction to take care of my two properties in New York. They have been working and maintaining them since 2016. I can't tell you how comforting it is to have this company working our emergency issues, renting issues, paint, flooring, plumbing etc. They came in the middle of a storm to temporally keep the rain out of the building and fixed the roof after a huge tree went through it. They handled the insurance claims for all of my properties. All I can say is great services, great product, immediate response!! The integrity of the entire staff is reassuring. Highly recommended.

I am a Chief Engineer for an assisted living facility in North Lynbrook (Sunrise senior living). Crisp Quality was hired to renovate and expand the main kitchen where the residents spend most of their time. The reconstruction was one of our nicest renovations. Not to mention it was very quick and efficient. CQC was always in communication with me making sure every detail was accomplished as planned. We have also hired them for roof repairs, mold remediation, room turn overs, electrical work, plumbing work and fire safety control issues.
